Discover our wagyu biltong, made from the most succulent and marbled wagyu beef, air dried and marinated to become our Kings Gold Standard Wagyu Biltong. 

We only use the best 100% waygu beef sourced from Britain and Australia (simply there isn't enough wagyu available in Britain, otherwise it would all be British meat).

Available to bulk buy online in boxes of 16 bags in weights of either 25 grams or 45 grams.
