CRUGA® Biltong is hand-prepared and air-dried using an authentic South African recipe. We’ve always been passionate about delivering the true taste of South African biltong — and what we don’t know about biltong isn’t worth knowing.
We’re proud to unveil the rebirth of CRUGA® — the result of extensive product redevelopment and consumer testing. The result? A new and improved recipe with better taste, en-hanced nutrition, and fresh new packaging to match.
We’ve increased the protein content, reduced sugar, fat, and calories, and removed added ni-trates — making this our cleanest, leanest biltong yet.

Authentic South African Biltong
