Our fiery hand prepared, air-dried artisan beef biltong is made from an authentic South African recipe developed by the Low family in South Africa.Using carefully selected cuts of succulent beef silverside, the meat is marinated using the family recipe of traditional herbs and spices for that traditional chilli biltong taste.
Factor in the rich beefy taste, soft texture and high protein, and you can see why it is such a satisfying savoury and natural snack.

Our Cruga Chilli Biltong is crafted in the UK and provides 42 grams of protein per 100 grams and is air dried for the best flavour.

We offer convenient box options: a biltong box of 12 snack-sized packs (choose between either a 35g, 60g or 70g bags)
