  1. The 25% discount promotion is valid from 08:00 hours on 19/11/24 to 23:59 hours on 02/12/24 (“Discount Promotion”).
  2. The Discount Promotion is available to all UK residents aged 18 or over (proof of ID may be required).
  3. Internet required.
  4. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including without limitation advertising or promotional materials in relation to the Discount Promotion.

The Discount Promotion is available to redeem online at https://newworldfoods.shop/ only by entering the discount code BLACKOUT at the checkout screen to receive 25% off all full priced products available on the above website at the time the order is placed. The discount is then automatically applied at checkout. For the avoidance of about, the discount code is not valid for use at any other store, website or other outlet.
  6. The Discount Promotion does not apply to any delivery charges.
  7. The Discount Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Only 1 discount code per order otherwise you may use the discount code as many times as you like on separate orders.
  8. There is no minimum spend, the Discount Promotion applies to all orders placed in accordance with clause 5.

If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of NWF and which prevents NWF from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), NWF will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  15. Junk filters and/or IT difficulties may affect email delivery or receipt or participation in this Discount Promotion. NWF accepts no responsibility for this. NWF has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. NWF will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a customer participating in the Discount Promotion.
  16. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
